Simple.
Each module starts with an eight foot wide steel frame. Because of this, the modules can be transported by road, rail, or sea. This allows for the customer to dream big. When modules are combined, a building of any size is realized.
Spacious.
We set a goal to maintain an open space concept. However, it was also essential to ensure an easy transport and delivery system. The solution was to maintain width and increase height. Our modules are 11 feet high, allowing for high ceilings at nine and a half feet. The length of our modules vary from 8 to 40 feet, allowing the customer to work with their vision, but also their allowable space.

Building Costs
This system was designed with efficiency in mind to reduce and eliminate waste, and make things as easy as possible for the customer. We use what we need. It’s that simple. That includes the time to design and build, deliver, set up, and maintain. Our “out-of-the-box” plans are tested and proven and provide the customer with very few decisions to make, if any. With minor or no customization, the modules are priced at a competitive and affordable rate. While your foundation is being built, we are building your modules so that when your foundation is complete, your module is ready for delivery and installation.
Maintaining Efficiency
With materials and energy costs on the rise, it’s more important than ever to try to get things right the first time. The modules are constructed with high-density, built-to-last materials that will keep your unit operating efficiently and easy to maintain. The units are air tight and come with an air exchange system to filter clean air in and old air out. Micro and Shed units are delivered with mini-split HVAC and can be outfitted with solar systems for power.
