While your foundation is being built, we are already building your modules. Most often, your modules will be ready for installation before your foundation is complete.

The Shed: 30 to 60 days from date of deposit

The Micro: 60 to 90 days from date of deposit

Because these units are so efficient, the units come with an air exchange system to keep your air fresh and clean at all times. This will result in much lower electrical bills than you’re used to.

Units are delivered by truck and offloaded by crane or forklift. We refer you to installation contractors that are trained by us.

Because the units are made of steal modules, their ability to withstand earthquakes is infinite. They are a closed steal structure.

No. The Shed units do not require a permit. Any structure with over 120 square feet will require a permit. We can handle the permitting process for you.
