What We Do
MODUL8 builds houses out of modules that are 8 feet wide, 11 feet high, and up to 40 feet long. Any number of modules can be connected to make virtually any size house, from mini studios to single family homes to multi-units.
The Micro
At 350 square feet, The Micro brings in a lot for a little. It is constructed of two 24 foot modules and manufactured and assembled five times faster than a small traditional home. You can expect delivery between 60 and 90 days after your order has been processed. It’s luxurious, stunning, and ready to live in as soon as power and plumbing have been connected.
Backyard Studio

Choose from three different window and door configuration options and make it your own. Your gym, office, guest suite, or art studio is ready to be shipped and delivered within 30-60 days. Make it more your own style on site or request customization with our sales team.
