Modul8 makes configurable modules that are 8ft wide, 11ft high and up to 40ft long. Any number of modules can be connected to create any size house, from studios and single family homes, to multi-unit projects.

The Micro
At 350 square feet, The Micro brings in a lot for a little. It is constructed of two 24 foot modules and manufactured and assembled five times faster than a small traditional home. You can expect delivery between 60 and 90 days after your order has been processed. It’s luxurious, stunning, and ready to live in as soon as power and plumbing have been connected.
